For her own health now (and not to keep Keith or get pregnant) she should try and get back healthy eating… properly, not SW or her warped version of it. Keith isn’t forever, and when that goes tits up she will eat herself silly and be more overweight and miserable. As Luke’s main carer on paper she should want to be healthy for him and her.

She needs to stop dieting, that's what piling on the weight but she can't see that. It doesn't work...just learn what you like what you dont like what makes you feel good what makes you feel bad. She has no idea what her body needs or like. She just wants weightloss but it's not happening.
