I like to think I'm not a stupid but I'm kinda scratching my head here. So her cycle was 7 days ....does she mean she got a period and then 7 days later she got another period? Or that her period lasted 7 days

What's the issue with taking the pill and stopping ovulation?Unless she is actually trying to get pregnant it shouldn't matter a shite if she ovulates or notShe is complaining that she is in pain when ovulating , was given a solution to stop said pain, ignored it and is now complaining again. The one time I had results immediately was when I had a pelvic ultrasound in Affedea Clinic. But I know the scans and images are seen straight away by the consultant and whoever else assess the images post scan. But even at that all he could tell me was I had no visible cysts, he could not say anything else about what would be causing my issues I needed further tests. So I also find her claims a little odd.

never never ever did a radiographer tell me anything even when I KNEW I was in to just check the size of a large cyst, I asked ‘is it still there/how big’ and she just said my consultant would be in touch.

also I know it’s been said but I’m saying once more than endometriosis is only ever confirmed with laparoscopic investigation (keyhole). If she is offered this she would have to pay a few grand (I don’t think she has cover) or wait on public list. She wants to be told she should have a baby now

I actually had a similar experience with a cyst! Told 4cm and 6 weeks later when I went back it was gone! It was the person doing the scan that told me she’s still a stupid bleep though…
