I didnt have a clue what I was doing in the gym and with my spinal problems, I wasn't gonna risk injuring myself so I invested in a pt!! She's all over the shop, just pouting and posing in the gym/ig for attention. If I saw her doing that whilst i was in the gym I'd throw a kettle bell at her!! Shes not interested in working on her mental health and fitness, it's all for the gram!!
