I think Sam was meant to attend some sort of event and sallies child was probably signed up and Sam didn't show... It was just the irony of it when sal can not even show up for her kids nowadays. And the rest are just random about sal being an escort / dj / random chat.... Nicola McLean came for sal when sal outed aisleyne as having a threesome and posted some nudey pics (apparently insinuating someone else famous was there too) and also Teddy Edwardes who was in the inkdolls at one point was outing her as an escort...
