Something that you tend to find with extensions, braids, synthetic dreads etc is that while you're wearing them, your natural hair shedding doesn't work in the same way. Because the hairs that would normally fall are caught and unable to move, when you remove the extensions, or untie the braids, it looks alarmingly like loads of hair has been lost. It usually hasn't - it's just the same amount that would have fallen over the course of weeks, but it's had nowhere to go. Doesn't half give you a fright though.

Yes, I've found out. When you've had bonded extensions in for a couple of months you get a build up a fluffy hair around the bond - the hair that would have shed but got trapped.

That sounds gross. Like drain hair, but on your head 😃

Christ, it’s like the worst list of generic bloke film and tv ever. Does he know we have EPG’s? Does hashtagging Autumnwatch drive his impressions into triple figures?

Totally agree. They really have such a high opinion of themselves. Who gives a tit if some email you know is a general round robin isn't addressed to you personally

I actually used to work in PR in a specialised/technical field. I remember hating having to reach out to journalists as despite writing about this field they had little to no expertise, but felt they could get all high and mighty on us. In most cases I knew far more about the topic than they did, betrayed by their absoloutely moronic questions or feedback to our pitches. But they LOVED that we had to pander to them even if everyone knew their industry is basically shite these days.

Sali is 100% this type of journo, trying to find superiority where none is merited.
