I'm sure Sali would enjoin you buy her book (if it ever emerges) to find out. Isn't that it's USP? A friend in book form. Sounds ideal for us broken troll people with our sad little lives and no beefy friends between us. If only she hadn't alienated us all, surely the target audience of such a publication (assuming it's ever published)?
All of her fans are I'm sure successful, popular, unbroken types who don't need any more friends, let alone substitutes for them in book form.

Having said that I wouldn't have thought obliterating her name would require that much of a push back for publication timewise.
India probably won't even be required for the usual gushing soundbite for the cover. So it will be just the the usual suspects - Caitlin, Lauren Laverne, Marian Keyes. Maybe she could rope in Bobbi Brown. She keeps @ Nigella but I haven't seen it being reciprocated
