Her ego? This book will really be the gift that keeps on giving.
What I don't understand is that Sali's demographic will already have a lot of life experience and won't need things like contraceptive and poaching eggs Salisplained to them.
A life guide might be handy for a teenager but a teenager is not likely to read a book on the subjects mentioned.
So who the hell is it for?
Wait until her boyfriend is convicted and ghost her.
I don't think it's anything to do with being a woman, it's being a decent and kind humanIt’s these sorts of replies that first made me wonder. But then I’d tell myself, why does she have to ‘be nice’ when she’s a woman - as I know I’d reply to messages like that saying something like ‘ooh yes, I agree, thanks’ but I’m a people pleaser and it’s probably not my best trait! I think women should do less of that. BUT - then doesn’t it work both ways, if you’re not going to try to make people like you, can you be so thin skinned when they make it clear they don’t?
If you don’t suffer fools gladly, then a thick skin might also be needed against those that think you’re a fool. Hence again, I could not be an influencer!
And the charity also offers her a shield against any criticism too. It's so calculatedShe is now actually using the horrendous experiences that NHS staff have gone through to promote her own personal ‘brand’. I don’t think she can sink any lower.
It doesn't have a mansplaining tone to me at allRe the curry discussion above, I get the whole mansplaining thing, but I would have broken myself laughing if, instead of responding’you have good taste’ he’d replied ‘STFU whitey’![]()
Yes. What does this mean for me?Do you wear them with a red lip and chunky boot?
I wonder if she had a word?! She really isn't an expert content creator, her content is atrocious from both an audience and client standpoint - she can't even tag brands correctly in her ads fgs!I noticed on the Superdrug website yesterday for the Beauty Banks bags they described Sali as an 'influencer'. It's been changed today to 'an expert content creator'. Not sure what's worse![]()
I quite liked that openness - it’s what allowed for so many to become friends. I think the problem was the cliques - Sali with her “Shed” guys and the clique of people she favoured. Anyone who agreed with her viewpoint was ok, and those who had dissenting views (no matter how well founded) were demonised and quashed very quickly. Most forums are anonymous but SHB wasn't with people openly posting photos and many having their real name. That ended up being it's downfall. I wonder is that why Sali can't get her head around 'anonymous trolls'. But anonymity for forums is a more common practice than the open nature of hers
I agree @melfishAnd the charity also offers her a shield against any criticism too. It's so calculated

Only about a year late. I stopped bothering with makeup for Teams calls about 10 months ago. And I'm sure everyone who still wears it has it figured out by now..If I have to see this, you do as well.
Yes. I’ve unfollowed her but this still appeared in my stories because some other wanker had reposted it. Does she not realise how utterly ridiculous she is?
Sickens me that they end up apologising! She's so rudeOn that note... These are some of the comments under her post. I could not find the much-referenced "earlier answer", and not for lack of trying. Warm and helpful to her followers, as always![]()
Right! People take precious time out of their day to support her, watch her crap, engage with her posts (which helps her take in £££ with advertisers) and the attitude she has is extraordinary! What an entitled ****!Can’t she just say thank you when she’s given a compliment, the rude bitch?
Agreed - I can understand Trussell Trust and other food banks - that fits in with the charity brand. But the NHS simply does not. Most people agree a lot of NHS staff are overworked and do an amazing job - but it still does not explain why an anti poverty charity would give them luxury skincare. There is no link.Right but what have the NHS workers got to do with poverty? They gave luxury pamper packages to NHS workers.
