I’ve seriously never known anyone to train as much as she does to 1. Not be happy with how they look and 2. To not have any results.

It’s sad really, I think she should take up another hobby. The obsession with gym, to be strength training incorrectly and to still be at the same fitness level as you were years ago. In Ana’s words ‘it’s giving not working’
