That's another thing I'm scratching my head over. Surely her audience doesn't consist of affluent middle-class ladies who consider her aspirational? Most of her comments come from other bloggers thirsty to get a bit of spotlight, or young fangirls who think she's got it all.The funny thing is that her sponsored content screams from miles away that it’s sponsored. When she posts for herself it’s all target and Home Depot (with the occasional Hermes cushion thrown in for good measure). I don’t understand how she gets high end brands to sponsor her.
Does Bvlgari really think she is the one who will sell out expensive bags when she's been sporting fakes for most of her career? It just shows how little research these brands do and they don't look beyond the numbers.
I agree with her the earlier comments, she never ever posts anything vaguely relatable or personal, UNLESS she can leverage that for exposure and bump up her engagement numbers, usually before a paid campaign. In which case it always comes across as fake and opportunistic. She really lost the plot and has no idea how to play the game anymore. But the money is too easy and it gives her a sense that she has a 'career' so I doubt she will retire anytime soon.
