When did the house sell? I am wondering how long until the big move is likely to happen. My bet is a village closer to Skipton

I might just be having an optimistic see the best in everyone kind of day but after hearing her excitement of Roma saying basic words, maybe she did recognise an issue and started socialising her with her mates little girl and going to groups cus she definitely didn't even sound close to being able to form words a couple of months ago. Imagine how quickly she'd develop with a couple mornings in nursery shame they can't afford that.

Edit; actually I've just had a quick look at nurseries by them and the closest would add an extra 20mins drive onto the school run there and back. Even if they could afford it, it wouldn't be worth the money if she was going back home, a morning session would mean 4/5 hours driving with the school run if she was going home each time. No wonder they sold up!

On my way. Can’t miss the tea 🤣 totally agree, vile. Who in the fuck thinks, yeaaaah let’s make content about my sons struggles for all to see and my kids hanging off my nipples. I’m sure she’s the sister of someone that was in my school, could be wrong though. Yuck yuck yuck. Not sure her babies will be happy about being another cash cow when they’re older and hope they sue the fuck out of her!

When you put her postcode into the land registry website it comes up with two listings (which we already know about from rightmove). One of the recordings says:

Last sold for £391,650 on 20 December 2018
This value covers more than just the land in this title

And the other one says:

Last sold for No price recorded
Why is there no price?
You'll only get a price if:
the land or property was bought after April 2000
more than £100 was paid or stated
HM Land Registry have recorded the price

Do we think this supports the theory that Beave senior bought it and then transferred it into their name?! Does anyone with more knowledge than me know what it might be 😂

I wonder if they have ever been flagged up to SS via school or a health visitor?
IV no idea I'm in Ireland so SS works differently here and we don't have health visitors we have public health nurses but you get like 3 or 4 development checks in a child's first 4 years that's it

Speculation is they were viewing their new house or school…hence why the boys were with them & they didn’t look like utter scruff bags for a change.
SATs are in May…so hopefully she stops taking Alfie out unnecessarily in the lead up to them!
Alfie is in y5, he won’t be sitting sats till next year

Pleasseeee can someone do a new thread? I’ve looked at what to do and I don’t seem to have the privileges but we are way overdue.

I just forwarded through to see this and its actually creepy the way she changed, and added hunny on to it with that fake smile and wonky eye. Those poor kids probably don't know whether they're coming or going with her no wonder Woody stays out of most things.
What’s the time stamp? I couldn’t find it 😩
