Come ere Mabel , gives a treat , you do know dogs don't understand random commands . If it jumps up at people and other dogs it needs a muzzle .
you need to start with food at mealtimes allowed at the whistle , then walk on lead with short amounts off lead in a secure place or on a long lead to come back to the whistle
Just need a bit of effort and one person doing the training consistently .
You need to sign up for dog training classes
