She won’t have a choice next year when he’s 3. Will he even be entitled to 30 hours? I’d laugh if he wasn’t and it was a ‘massive’ inconvenience to her life
All kids are entitled to 30hours when they’re 3.

Not if shes not working minimum amount hours.
It's 15hours sahm.
That’s if u are claiming certain benefits and tbh I think it’s ridiculous if u are waiting until 2 it’s laxy
My daughter has been going one day a week since 6 months I’m a single parent on a very low income but it is really helping her development

How is it lazy if you don’t put your kids to nursery? I mean before they’re 3, I dont mean at all.

Why wait for the government to pay
I understand that. However I know with UC 85% of childcare is paid for you if you’re working, so it’s still government money being used. Plus it’s actually horrendous how many woman I know who are being screwed over by this system. There’s many reasons why children don’t go to nursery before 3, I don’t think it’s fair to judge and call everyone lazy. It also doesn’t mean that because someone’s 2 year is in nursery they’re more advanced than a 2 year who isn’t.

Why wait for the government to pay
Some people find it difficult to pay for nursery fees. My little boy is 2 and not in nursery doesn’t mean it’s lazy, just means I can’t afford to pay for him to be in nursery. We still take him toddler groups etc. I will wait for the government and don’t see why I shouldn’t. People who don’t work get it for free.. I work and I will also wait until it’s free

There is nothing wrong with not sending kids to nursery. Let's not get into the game of shaming different parenting styles, stay at home versus working mums etc. What's important is that kids have a variety of experiences, interaction with others and lots of stimulation. Unfortunately for Alfie, and especially Woody, experiences only seem to come if they are gifted, she has no clue about stimulating play other than with a gifted tablet or creatively entertaining her kids at home, and there is little interaction with other children. One of the few times she took Woody to soft play recently was at a time when they were the only ones there. Most of the interaction the kids have are through a camera lens with Rebecca getting them to perform: 'Say goat, say baby, say Thomas'. Even the 'look what good friends the boys are' photos of them walking hand in hand gazing lovingly at each other (conveniently ahead of her so she can photograph them) looks staged and fake.

It isn't lazy parenting not to put your children into nursery young. Children do not need to go to nursery to be mentally stimulated and learn from other children.parents can do that with regular baby groups, interaction and siblings.
Lazy parenting is doing nothing with your children every day. By either keeping them at home doing nothing with them ie Rebecca Lamb, or putting them in nursery to do nothing but self care ie. Rebecca meldrum.

It’s not lazy to not take your child to nursery however it is lazy when you don’t take your children to stay and plays where they get the interaction with other children on a regular basis experiencing new toys new people new surroundings, no doubt about it if she was back in her old house she would be doing all of this I honestly believe because everything is to much of a drive she can’t be bothered...

Love that she is sharing Beth Bertram’s page. She did exactly what Rebecca wanted to do with hellostyle. Sold cheap clothes from sweatshops for an obscene amount of money. Oh then never paid her staff.

This is what I thought, and why she's so upset because she knows it's her fault. If this is true I hope you rethink everything you do for 'the gram'

When will she realise getting the days wrong isn’t funny.. and never has been.. probably never will be

We have a bullmastiff and they really shouldn’t be jumping onto beds or going up stairs. Really isn’t good for their back legs poor doggy

Because nursery fees are extortionate?
It all depends on the nursery and on how many hours/days you're prepared to send your child for.
Mine goes for 35 hours per week and its £4.68 per hour and we can pick him up at 3pm. I have to work full time as we cant get by on my husbands pay alone. We salary sacrifice for child care vouchers so it makes it more affordable. Other nurseries would have made us pay until 6pm regardless of when we wanted to pick him up. I personally can see a lot of benefit from him going to nursery, its worth every penny. But what else has to be considered is that nursery staff have to be paid a fair wage too. Some train for years to get the NVQ qualifications.
There is no mum shaming involved. Its all relative.

There’s honestly nothing wrong with not sending your children to nursery before they are 3! Not being funny but putting your children in nursery or not putting them in nursery doesn’t define how good a parent you are! As long as you interact with your child, socialise them, take time with them at home it doesn’t make you a bad parent! Lots of mums are stay at home mums and are kickass parents and so are mums that out there children in nursery! Mum shaming anyone for not putting there child in nursery is bitchy and not okay at all!
