There is no way anyone would have got a refund by using that Company in such a short space of time She so full of tit it’s painful to watch. Applying direct to HMRC online mine still took nearly a month
In defence of her dirty washing one reason may be that they are not on mains water like most town folk are and their water comes from a bore hole , that is natural water which very often is not crystal clear and often has a brownish tinge
