The whole BoPo thing is just a bandwagon she’s jumped in because it’s a big thing at the moment. I’m very much an advocate for body confidence and body positivity. It’s ok to have bad days and not like the way you look or feel, but it’s about knowing that it’s ok. I also believe in looking after the body - so I exercise an hour a day (at least 5-6x a week) and try to eat a varied diet.

So in that stew for two adults and two children there’s two carrots, one onion, two packs of beef and a bag of tatties. You would think she could at least serve it with some veg at the end. There’s more meat than anything else, I know it’s beef stew but she doesn’t need to take it so literally

I use half a pack of beef in a stew....then loads of veg and dumplings.
My mum used to use 1 pack for 8 of us....2 packs for 2 adults, a child and toddler is a ridiculous amount of meat!
I’m guilty of buying my little one clothes that are too big
I like him to get plenty of wear out of them because I’m on a limited budget but he’s a skinny kid so with pants especially what I can get him to fit in the waist I can’t get him to fit his legs without being short on him ...... I don’t think he’s badly dressed that he looks like a ‘bag of rags’ though, I hope
