Does anyone recall a case where a child was murdered by a parent but there was a load of to and fro-ing over whether the dad / parent / step dad was guilty (he was eventually found guilty) but there was something to do with a laptop in the evidence - not dodgy pics or anything, like the laptop was broken but he’d said he was playing on the laptop. I know not much to go on but the mention of BB case above reminded me of it but I can’t recall all the details.

I've not heard of him but just had a quick Google and yikes! What a story! He also reckons that his fingerprints match because a member of hospital staff took them while he was unconscious, I don't know about anyone else but I don't know any nursing staff who would have the time and inclination to be faffing with fingerprints and tattoo guns on a patient!

I was wondering this. The report says that she's stood by him and maintains that it's mistaken identity, made me wonder if he's so manipulative that he's fed her a pack of lies and she's believed it all. From the outside it's easy to see how ridiculous his claims are, but if that's the person you love and are married to, maybe you'd be more inclined to believe him.
Yes they never pressed charges for anything. He’d been watching porn on the laptop in the lead up to raping his baby daughter. Sickening.

I reckon he will try and fight extradition due to MH. He’s married now too and she seems to stand by him and these bizArre stories! It was also said in court that his accent changed when speaking from his RP English to an Irish accent 
and he said it was from his tracheotomy I thinkJust seen this one - made me cross my legs

I can't stop thinking about the Delphi case since the arrest. Seeing pictures of where they were, the loneliness and the terror those poor girls must have felt is terrifying to think about.
I hope they've got their guy and the crime junkie in me is really intrigued by the trial and what could come out.

With the delphi murders it makes my blood run cold that a family member considered it okay to drop two young girls off at such a remote desolate spot to go walking.
The first couple of years after their murders we were led to believe they were dropped off at a busy section of the trails, a section that was popular in attracting lots of visitors.
The photo that was taken of the man/suspect backs up that this clearly wasn't the case because it shows a much more isolated remote area.
