100%. The girl who won the voucher is from Wexford. She also is very normal and not an influencer, or wannabe one. The only comp winner I've ever heard of who is not in some way linked to them. They're usually all some what linked or known, I agree, ZERO transparency. But I can't see how this girl would know Rachel, so I'd like to believe it is complete sheer luck she won.

After freebies like her sister I bet ... nearly all the family are on IG begging and getting . Granted not as much as Offalys would be model and actress.
