Sophie is 100% photoshopping her Instagram photos. Her body looks so different in her videos

I might get hate for this but honestly…I think it’s just huge and rapid weight gain from a poor diet 😑
It could be, along with a very sedentary lifestyle for a long time she was barley exercising and never does cardio. But she’s pushing herself closer to type 2 diabetes and heart disease and all sorts of other health issues.

I agree I think she binge eats and lacks portion control. I say this because of the food choices she would eat when she was macro counting. They weren’t the most nutritious or healthiest.

Yeah even the little things like every time she makes toast she has 3 slices which is just odd to me

I think that she needs psychological help too, I understand bingeing and emotional eating are probably factors.
She’s risking eating herself into some serious health problems and the huge amount of fat on her stomach is worrying. She looks heavily pregnant in some videos and photos that she hasn’t edited.

Dedikated lifestyle does this too. Absolutely massive portions for every meal and tonnes of snacks. Claims she no longer binge eats but it’s pretty obvious she does. She’s also gained a lot of weight over the past two years.

I agree. Doesn't need a specialist unless they're a dietician or a PT. She has lost the weight normally/easily and just stopped caring ever since
I don’t understand why people are fobbing off genuine health concerns? It’s extremely possible she has an underlying medical condition or has given herself one or will soon. That’s how things like type 2 diabetes work. That’s how insulin resistance happens.

It didn’t seem like it was easy for her to lose weight previously, she had to follow a calorie limited diet and exercise a lot and said she was miserable the whole time (although she seemed happy, who knows?) She’s definitely lost the accountability that she had when she was working with her old PT which is a real shame. It seems whoever she is training with now doesn’t have the same ability to motivate her and she definitely doesn’t have it within herself.

I don’t understand why people are fobbing off genuine health concerns? It’s extremely possible she has an underlying medical condition or has given herself one or will soon. That’s how things like type 2 diabetes work. That’s how insulin resistance happens.

I agree that she's staring down the barrel of type 2 diabetes and heart disease, but that's not what I'm objecting.

It's more the claims about needing an endo or her having PCOS, or lipoedema or any other health concerns. She gained weight because she fucked her PT off and started eating whatever she wanted. You can go back and literally see her doing it. We all like to be very PC about weight gain/loss these days (coming from a fat (obese) woman) but she gained/is gaining weight because she eats too much and doesn't exercise enough.

She might have been restricted but that's how you lose weight and gain muscle. Especially when you're Georgia's starting weight. I know that sounds condescending and I don't mean to be, I know you're qualified and I truly appreciate that, but she had a professional giving her calorie/exercise advice (rather than Sophie) and he pushed her to reach her goals and celebrated with her when she smashed them. She wasn't doing it by herself and she was hardly eating 1200 cals a day.

Then she met Sophie and decided that she had a bad relationship with food and exercise, and now she has an even worse relationship with food and exercise.

Don’t apologise for the ramble and you didn’t sound condescending, I share a lot of your thoughts on this, as a person who sees an endocrinologist regularly it was my suggestion because that is who would be the best qualified to diagnose/treat/educate her on things like diabetes or possibly pcos etc. I don’t know if her GP has done much- I think she mentioned getting a blood test for her thyroid and maybe was looking into pcos?

I know she has gained weight because of her eating habits and lack of exercise, but I’m shocked by how large her stomach has gotten. I know everyone carries weight differently but the visceral fat is a big risk factor. I’m not a doctor, my education and experience is more on the fitness/sport/physiology side of things, and then of course my own personal experience with weight and endocrine conditions, and bingeing and emotional eating (both of which I think Georgia experiences).

I do think Sophie has possibly without realising it contributed to the “sabotage” of Georgia’s health journey but I think she was also getting a lot of content pushed to her via tiktok and Instagram that cemented that idea. Sophie also claims in older videos and podcasts to have overcome her own disordered eating and exercise habits but clearly hasn’t. Its interesting that she was also the person that apparently helped Georgia realise she’s gay…

I have been in a similar situation to Georgia with weight loss and then suddenly not exercising the way I used to (injury and depression) and gaining weight so I really can empathise with her and do have sympathy for her but at the same time it’s also frustrating watching her try to convince everyone she’s happy and thriving when it’s pretty obvious she’s not. She has SO much privilege that a lot of others don’t have- she has money and tonnes of free time. She can go to the gym, pay a PT, get support from a dietitian, afford a psychologist, buy healthy food.. but she doesn’t.

She shouldn’t be listening to Sophie who has eating disorder tendencies herself 🤣 they’re all fucked lol

They all just need to go get traditional jobs at least part time and then they can be less miserable. Must be hard having so much time to only think about how people perceive you. If they don't want part time jobs they should get some actual hobbies - reading is great and all but they obviously need something else.

There's so much talk about influencers being depressed and miserable etc but it wasn't until I switched to watching more interesting youtubers/influencers that I realised it's not the job itself its the content they're choosing to create.

I’m convinced Georgia is only posting vlogs cos she has contractual obligations to post for her ads. Day one she opens the vlog with a huge yawn 🤢 she says how busy she is but then doesn’t show it? She shows 1 exercise at the gym for like 3 seconds and her buying a Starbucks coffee. Day two is her naked harvest spiel (undisclosed ad) and saying because her friend can’t make it to the gym she doesn’t want to go. 10 seconds in the gym and then rapidly scanning her groceries at coles (why are they all obsessed with this crappy asmr style vlogging?)
Day 3 allegedly makes it to a 5am gym class. What’s she blurring here?

Goes to the beach, can’t resist filming her violently wedgied arse 🤢🤢🤢🤢
Makes herself what looks to be about 4 eggs and 3 large slices of toast and a massive iced latte for breakfast.
Shows herself “working” for about 20 seconds more blurred stuff

then we have the lazy attempt to “organically” segue into her casetify ad but is obvious as heck. Says she should probably slow down on the phone case front, doesn’t pay for them though.
Shows the food at Easter brunch then more food at Grace’s for Rachel’s birthday (this is the only time she has mentioned her besties bday). For some reason Grace is then doing Georgia’s washing and films herself on Georgia’s camera.
Georgia says she has been at Grace’s for days then sooks about the upcoming workout they are doing. I skipped the workout because boring.
Has a huge plate of sausages mash and veg then ice creams, popcorn, donuts, cookies, and maybe chocolate?
Literally says she “feels SO hungry after dinner” and “I think I need to sit up for an hour after I eat this so I don’t get heartburn”.
Goes to Rachel’s house with Grace to borrow some books and is sick of reading romance and sick of everyone being in love.
Far too long spent watching them drink the pre workout Rachel uses and talking about it😒 then another 3 second gym clip.
Grace again filming herself- making the bed for Georgia this time.
Talks while putting makeup on, 3 seconds at the gym, then home. 🥱🥱😴😴
