Why is she not fighting for Lula to get an EHCP. There are many specialist small schools within Torbay and slightly further afield that can support Lula with her core subjects and then subjects that work for her. Classes of arpound 4 students with assigned mentors available throughout the day? Pretty successful for students with school based anxiety (the route they are clearly going down)

She probably thinks whoever dishes out EHCPs are massive chrolls because she didn't get one for Wilbert, so she won't even try.

Anyway, I thought when she moved Lula to her current school, they were the lushest ever, the pastoral team were so amazing and were ringing, texting and voice noting all the time calling her "Rach" and "babe" because they were all such besties and loved Lula like she was their own etc, wonder what happened there?

I wonder what secondary Edie is going to, and if it's just easier to not have to do the school run for Lula to a different one?

My youngest went there amd they were a fab but 'professional' team, so cant see them being like that with her especialy given the issues the boys have caused. I couldn't fault them with the support given to my son without an ehcp but on school action plus. I'm thinking it's more with the new attendance guidance coming in she will be fined for lula only attending an hour a day, the rest will be unauthorised.
Thats why she should fight for a specialist provision. Low demand, good results but excellent pastoral support that's supports individual needs.

The boys both go to Brixham. There us also a number of school provided buses that run from across the bay that all the kids could access. It's not cheap but it's not like they are skint.

I can not for the life of me understand how Lula is vunerable enough to warrant home schooling after also having reduced attendance at her current school. Yet at home is level and mature enough to be left in Betsy's care to have parties at weekends, give informed consent to have her private life on sale in a book available everywhere and have a serious boyfriend. It seems like the Lula Rachael is sharing has quite a split personality.

A bit like the non verbal, dinosaur naming; aggressive, babysat by kids, Wilbert?

Lula is going to be homeschooled by Rach, who can’t even spell her own name???🤦‍♀️🤭
Lula is going to a private online school to be homeschooled so hopefully come away with something especially if R isn't tutoring her...... the only thing R (or her huns) is going to be contributing is the 7k a year fee!

I haven’t seen the stories re L being homeschooled, just what I’ve read on here but from what I can gather, for L’s most important school year, they are going to homeschool her because she’s so cannot possibly go to school due to being too anxious 🤯🤯

This is quite possibly the worst thing she has done for L. I feel so sad and angry for her. Nothing adds up or makes sense about this at all. And if she’s suffering so badly why didn’t they pay to get her diagnosed years ago like W?

I agree with a poster above, L doesn’t want to go to school now because everyone is going to know all her personal information. Information members of her family shouldn’t know let alone strangers. Teenagers aren’t kind or forgiving.

Honestly that woman is so bleeping awful. The amount of lives she’s ruined or ruining and yet the huns have her on a pedestal, giving her literally thousands a month. There is no justice in the world. None at all 😪

I don't believe there is anything wrong with L I think like you said she doesn't want to go because every Tom,dick and Harry knows her personal family business and how much of a scammer her mum is! If she was that anxious going to school she wouldn't leave the house either but how
Many jobs has she had the last few summers and didn't she go on holiday with a friend and a parent a few months ago? Really sounds to me like she's anxious!
R has made lula believe there is something wrong with her as R is running out of content! Betsys doing her own thing and doesn't want to be on camera as much as she's probably realised what her mother is like, Wilby isn't this level 41957200 non verbal agressive child she has made
Out to be! She can't do a lot with E as I bet her dad has put his foot down, I doesn't live there so can't be shown daily and Seb is an annoying twit so that means L is now gonna be flavour of the year! So it's time to pick on L and what better with another SEN diagnosis which they can milk for all it's worth!

Also betsy mentioned on a Q&A earlier that her & Lula are looking at booking a "cheap" 🙄 holiday.
If Lula was as bad as rancid says, surely she wouldn't want to go away with just betsy who 80% of the time is a cow to her, & surely she'd be too anxious to be away from home & routine
Lula, if you can go gadding about, or having party's drinking sours hanging/swinging off a bannister having underage sex etc I'm pretty sure your OK to go to a normal school. Lazy self entitled brats. The lot of em.
Rach deffo has munchausens too or whatever its called

Why is it that the issues at school have or are becoming increasingly problematic since she has had the “official” diagnosis. Before it was in black and white she had the odd “meltdown” but since it’s all out there, now she can’t attend school, must have reduced hours and have the school bend over backwards for her. Yet it’s still not good enough.
And now we are having to attend a PRIVATE HOMESCHOOL

A few of our students had.come from private on line schools, why?... because they further damage the anxiety and increase the isolation of the child!

She did pay for this diagnosis. Lula’s diagnosis was a private one, same as Wilby’s

There’s a lot I could say about school anxiety but I’m not going to throw my child under a bus. Suffice to say, it’s no picnic and it does not only affect school. The anxiety is present 24/7 and impacts daily life, social life (basically non-existent) and education. I would be thrilled if my child wanted a friend round, to go to a party or to go on holiday without me but it simply would not happen right now. He is same age as T.

People like Rach are the reason why I keep all my autistic child’s struggles around anxiety and going out of the house (not just to school) to myself. For the people who are really involved in these issues, it’s exhausting and very upsetting. You constantly worry about their future and constantly feel like you’re failing your child.
I’ve never regarded it a ‘flex’ or something with which to gain social media clout.

She’s doing the very opposite of being an advocate for SEN issues in this country tbh and it drives me mad when she reposts from actual accounts who do understand the struggles most of us face.

How fortunate R is to be able to afford to throw money at all these problems (long wait times for assessment/support/diagnosis/online tutoring) and still be able to carry out all her social activities (‘going gym’, ‘going pub’, going on numerous holidays!) without being affected by L’s problems. She’s also very fortunate that L’s anxiety only seems to affect her school attendance.

I wonder how long E has left before the diagnoses start heading her way.

100 percent x the impact in the children I work with is heartbreaking x sending love

I think the confusing thing here is that R has weirdly never shared L in any anxiety melt downs not wanting to school so we haven’t seen her at her worst - thankfully and I’m glad she hasn’t stooped that low. The L we see seems a mixed bag of socially masking with friends and having parties to burn out after because it’s taken so much energy to socialise and mask so will just want to be alone on her own. Then the sensible and useful one who can cook and is very capable, she is academic and cares about doing well. But if she has changed school that many times and is only doing an hour a day then it must be bad enough, we just don’t see it? Or like others say are they both anxious about what the book reveals - it’s very sus with timing and seems mad in such valuable final years of schooling.

Any one remember when she went on that hen du and the head of the EHCP was also there. Rancid apparently was talking to her about it and said she didn’t think they were going to give Wilbur one. The head said ‘OH WHY ARE YOU EVEN THINKING THAT ? I haven’t seen his statement yet ‘…….. Rancid thought that must mean he would get it. Turns out the head of the EHCP was just a chroll. So there’s no way she would go down that route again 😘

Have to say that if L is so anxious she can’t go to school she would be well served by her ‘parents’ giving her some stability and not bleeping off here, there and everywhere each weekend leaving her to her own devices. Riddled with anxiety but having massive parties, underage drinking don’t go hand in hand. I would put money on other things being at play here- whether that’s L struggling due to people bringing up what her mum posts online, friendship issues, R wanting to avoid safeguarding issues being flagged up etc. I’m a teacher. I know girls like Lula. Online schooling is not going to help her.
