There were definitely security issues with where they were staying initially ( it was on an island I think). I imagine they moved there because they were hoping the RF would agree to letting them have some Commonwealth role and the jump to US happened after it was clear that wasn't going to happen

Someone said it was an ostomy bund and none of us will know what it really is but if that is true, imagine going to a funeral and people making up stories about medical equipment you’ve tried to keep private and saying you’re there to record the funeral of your husband’s grandmother. One thing for Kate is that thank god William has prized the black eyeliner out her hands because that really ruined her wedding makeup for me.

if it is from a colostomy I feel really awful for her (a lot of people are extremely embaressed about their bag when they have to have it done, it’s very sensitive, though I do think if it was she’d have picked a more flowing dress or trousers). It could be a variety of different things or just that the dress puckered wierd. She’s had two babies, it can really damage the muscle in some womens abdominal walls so if it is a medical thing the haters owe her one hell of an apology
also, by all their accounts don’t the RF dislike her? What’s the point in her wearing a wire that’s so easily spotted they’re not going to tell her anything anyway?
also I’m so glad Kate got rid of the eyeliner! She looks a million times better without it! She’s got smaller, darker eyes so the black eyeliner just makes her look squinty, without it she looks so much better and it really makes her whole face brighter! It’s a shame she did it for the wedding but she’s a royal there’s plenty of other opportunities for her to get tarted up and look a treat
Edited to add another Kate photo, she looks so different with lighter eye makeup and I think it really suits her! It was very trendy to have dark eye makeup from what? The mid 00s-2016? So I don’t completely blame her for it but I think it looks so much better when she wears lighter makeup. I’m sure I’ve heard people say before they think she’s had brow lifts or Botox but I honestly think it’s just the makeup, it changes her face a lot when she’s heavy handed with it.

I think Kate’s definitely had Botox but all power to her, women can get stuff done if they want! It’s pretty standard for women in the public eye to get Botox, otherwise the media rips them to shreds for frown lines! I think Kate looks lovely and I don’t like any of the royal women getting bagged for their looks - what interests me is their actions!
I do agree that the heavy eye makeup was not flattering on her at all, she looks much nicer with a lighter touch, like in the pic you posted of her in the white turtleneck.

I think most of us here have enough common sense to realise that all the British papers are trash but the problem with places like the mail is that people assume they’re right, it’s sold in a shop and massively famous that couldn’t possibly make stuff up!

people forget that old saying that bad publicity is still publicity. People who generate these news stories and social media algorithms etc (I think that tick-Tok is the worst) know the fastest way to get people to engage is to piss them off. You have to take reviews you read with a grain of salt because people barely ever right reviews when they’re pleased with a service - or even just went the way they expected, but you can bet everything you own they’ll tell you all about it when it went wrong.
Even politicians and policial campaigns have been caught out lying to the press, there was that whole womens period/menstrual officer/minister in Scotland that was a fella, when people got pissed they scrapped the role entirely. They know that school shootings went up after the heavy media coverage of columbine, it’s not like any of this is new information we’re all well aware of the issues that surround the media. The ONLY thing the daily Mail cares about is clicks, it’s eyes on their screen because that generates their revenue. For some god forsaken reason people love to get their feathers in a fluff over a mixed race American woman they’ve never met who made the (imo both brave and strange, she must actually love him, shock horror) decision to marry into the British royal family and be bullied everyday of her life there after.
I wouldn’t be surprised if old big ears wants them back, they’re a good distraction from his brother who had sex with women who were trafficked. It pisses me right off that a man who actually did things wrong hasnt really faced any repercussions for his actions but Megan gets ripped to shreds for literally standing there, minding her own business, BREATHING. They’d throw her to the lions pit to save their own a because all they care about is the preservation of the royal family

I've seen people keep saying that Charles will be stricter with Andrew but there's really nothing to be strict with or about as he's not a working Royal and wouldn't be anyway because Charles wants to size down

Lost his right to use HRH, his patronages and his military titles and no longer working royal. Don't see what else they could have done really. He was the Queen's son, now he's the king's brother - they're not going to throw him out on the street !
i said any REAL repercussions. Not being allowed to play military dress up and paying off a victim that it’s rumoured his mummy helped him with isn’t a punishment. I firmly believe that he should stand trial in the USA for his crimes. I know that’s not going to happen because he was fortunate enough to be born into royalty and they are apparently above everything but I’m sick of there being some air of him being treated above what he did but Megan can’t turn up appropriately dressed to a funeral and do everything she’s supposed to without a new hole being installed.
