This happened to me. It wasn’t until my cm went pink that I went to hospital, as I was early. Keep an eye on it.Your mucus plug can go several times till your due date, it grows back. However when it's blood tinged is usually a sign labour is near.

I ended up ringing the maternity unit and I’m also guessing this, I talked to two nurses and was put on hold 3 times before being told not to worry unless there’s blood, babies movements lessen or my waters goI never ‘lost’ this plug at all and when I jokingly mentioned it to a midwife she very politely told me they don’t really care about it at all 🫣 it doesn’t mean anything to them/isn’t a sign of anything particular. Sorry if that’s not helpful, I guess they must get lots of people calling in regarding it which they feel wastes their time. Of course blood is worthy of a call though![]()
Me either and the amount of times I had to listen to my mum say ‘mucus plug’ in my last month of pregnancy, I felt quite cheated!I never ‘lost’ this plug at all
That’s interesting as I was borderline at booking, was fine when they gave me a follow up test at 22 weeks and now also feel exhausted at 28+3! I’ve been getting dizzy spells whilst doing things like cleaning the bath - something I that could have done easily before as while I’m no mega gym bunny I am relatively active. I have a midwife appointment today so will do the same. And I don’t even have a little one to run around after!27+3 and I’ve been really struggling with exhaustion the last few weeks. Like I know it’s normal to be tired but I’m even struggling to just sit on the sofa at times, I also feel lightheaded sometimes. Doesn’t help I have a 15 month old to run after as well!
My iron was borderline at the booking bloods but then was fine at 16 weeks. I wonder if it’s dipped back down to low. I have my midwife appointment on Thursday so I’ll ask her then
The restless legs have started as well and I’m at the stage of wanting to chop them off![]()

I like Premom as it’s easy to use.Does anyone recommend any period/ovulation tracker apps at all?

Quoting myself but had another blood test for iron after seeing midwife - we’ll see what comes back! All looking good. The cost of a peri bottle 🫣 I wasn't prepared. Pink tax!Quoting myself but had another blood test for iron after seeing midwife - we’ll see what comes back! All looking good. Can’t believe the next appointment will be 31 weeksI’ve set myself the task of sorting the hospital bag for me and the baby this week. Good thing I’ve been so antisocial since the positive pregnancy test that I can afford all the extra bits and pieces as nothing is cheap is it - even if you go second hand it adds up! Oh well, welcome to the next 18+ years I suppose
