My boss has just said "you look huge" and I looked down and it's like I've popped again. I noticed it first Tuesday morning but I shrugged it as bloating but omg I have actually gone properly round 🥴 I've been wearing baggy clothes so not noticed it but christ I am huge and still have over 10 weeks to go!

Ugh all this nursery planning is making me anxious! Not started looking yet but 5.5 months and so I’m guessing I’m going to have to make some enquiries 🙈 stress! I will need a place for January 2025. My husband works shifts and has 4 days in a row off so we ideally want to see if we can find one that accommodates shifts - apparently they do exist!
I’m amazed today. I’m 22 weeks tomorrow, and have been feeling movements since I’d say about 16/17 weeks (the bubbles noticeably) and now I’m starting to get strong kicks when I can see my stomach move with it (just), but I have an anterior placenta! I was told at my 20’week scan a couple of weeks ago but I was really surprised as I’ve been feeling plenty of movement. She’s clearly a strong little thing, or a bruiser 😂 so good luck to me for the birth.

Finished work today so officially on maternity leave now 🎉

I’m wrecked due to insomnia and acid reflux so very glad to have finished work 🤣

If you can change from Mondays, I would as most bank holidays are Mondays and you still have to pay for them even though the nurseries are closed.
Not every nursery! Our nursery doesn’t charge for bank holidays so it’s really hard to get a place for them haha
ETA - hard to get a place for Mondays 🤦🏼‍♀️

Oh wow! What week are you on? Was it emotional or just happy to be stopping now?
i’m 35+3 today, had some annual leave to take and want to try and have a bit of rest (day naps) before baby arrives. Although also got a list a mile long of things I need to do between now and her arrival 🤣 Imm having a section so all being well I’ll have 3 weeks until she’s here!

It was quite emotional, I’ll miss my team but I am starting to struggle a bit now with lack of sleep and feeling uncomfortable so think it is the right time to finish for me.

I'm almost 33 weeks and I've started waddling 😭 I'm really struggling with pelvic pain and baby feels super low already (although they have been low the whole way through - been lucky not to have them up in my ribs) but I'm struggling so much in work and still have a month to work. I had to have loads of breaks today, just feeling a bit useless 🙈

Does anyone know if you can take Xanax or any other calming meds before a section? Have yet to discuss all this with my consultant.

baby h arrived safely yesterday, seems the symptoms i had over the last 3/4 days must have been leading up to it all. she’s utterly scrummy and worth missing the epidural for!! 🥲😮💨

25 week midwife app went nicely. She told me to book in for my flu vaccination as soon as possible, if I wanted it, as there’s a rush on at the moment. So if you’re planning to get it - book in!

My doctors practice has walk in appointments for next few weeks so hoping to go soon as I'm travelling in a few weeks and don't fancy being sick in the US!

Been trying to book my flu and Covid booster for over a week now and there's not a single slot in my town 😫 not even at pharmacies.

Third trimester cravings ladies how are we doing? I'm currently fixating on prawn crackers & those rainbow belt sour sweets. Still nothing remarkably weird though! Considering my husbands nan used to munch coal during pregnancy, I'm feeling very normal 😂

My doctors rang me to book it in, I’ve got it on the 11th October!

I’ve really not had cravings the whole pregnancy! Just sweet stuff but I’ve always had a sweet tooth anyway so I think I’m just using it as an excuse 😆

how are we in the third trimester already time is going so fast!!!
