I’m a similar size to Poppy and wear a 40G/42FF and my boobs are massive compared to hers.
Don't you have to limit what you eat and drink after WLS to lose any weight, though. Apart from for a couple of months after the surgery when she physically couldn't fit anything much in her body, she appears to eat and certainly drink normally.
If you watch her stories on WLS, she mentions only being able to have half a glass of wine or one shot of alcohol on a night out forever. Not just whilst the surgery takes effect but for the rest of her life. This is demonstrably not what she does now.
You definitely need to still make better choices with food after WLS. Especially as you need to work harder to get the correct nutrients. So focus should be on proteins rather than carbs. She shouldn’t be able to eat the amount she does unless she has stretched her new stomach pouch. She also indulges in a lot of what they call slider foods - foods that don’t fill you up and you get very little nutritional value from like crisps biscuits, cakes and sugary foods.

Yeah she talked a big talk but then obviously started pushing the boundaries a couple of months out and realised she could drink more and eat certain foods easily. It's a very quick slippery slope especially if someone has emotional attachment to food, at some point the truth dawns that the surgery isn't gonna do all the work for you.
