I know a lot of companies are more keen to work with "micro influencers', so it makes sense if Disney is going this route.

I know a lot of people who watch TTT also watch PMM, SE, MK, etc. But if Disney starts focusing on smaller influencers they may find people they haven't reached yet. Smaller influencers typically have more die hard fans that will listen to their recommendations. Whether they're on the media list or not, these 'full time vloggers' are going to vlog any little changes that Disney does because they're starved for new content.

Thanks for all the tea @apojacks
This is true.

You can tell by the typically lower #s for TTT's livestreams, old mail vlogs, and home vlogs (well, at least the pre-Jackson home vlogs) that their average viewers aren't as interested in them (I'm not talking about the rapid cuckoo stans) as they are interested in their content - and all that seems to be is filler, repetition, and rambling nonsense these days anyways.

A perfect example of just how disconnected their average viewers actually are was when Jenn "lost" her wedding ring in an AK vlog a few months back.

A CM ended up locating it and, at the end of the very same vlog, they showed that Jenn got her ring back, talked about the situation, etc.

Yet there were countless comments under the vlog telling her that they "hope she gets her ring back" "I'm crying you lost your ring" "so sorry, praying you get your ring back" "now a part of you is forever at AK" (yes, someone really said that).

So it just goes to show that the average viewer of TTT likely checks out 1/3 to a 1/2 way through the vlog. With a smaller influencer, they're likely to hold that audience through until the end (and any info or recommendations provided through to that point).

If V. is primary, then she'd be saddled w/ the CC bill.

If he was just an additional cardholder / authorized user, the primary cardholder is still responsible for the bill.

That would mean V. would, again, be responsible for it.

Edited to add: I doubt a CC type like this would be a joint credit issue, but if it were, they'd both be named in the court docs. And if that were the case, it'd be even more stupid since I saw an Dec 2019 IG pic of her with a Porsche SUV captioned "hard work pays off."
If she could buy that, she could pay $900.
Agree 100%. I highly doubt that something like this would be a joint issue. Veronica would have to pay and be just as responsible if she was on the CC as well. She has a porsche? Nursing pays well.

I noticed that I watch Super Enthused until the end because I like her B-roll. Sorry, random thought. :)

Oh yeah, some vloggers are known to do that. Like Justin Scarred too, for example. He usually has some extra footage at the end after his theme music plays.

That makes me wish I lived in Orlando so I could be one of the assholes with a camera. I'd give you guys some stupid tit to talk about everyday. :)

The niche that I've been a part of, 1000 views would be considered "viral". It's so sad.
Yeah, who cares what people on Tattle are saying when you can bring in $5+ per 1K views. I don't know why any of them would ever read the threads over here.

Also, working with these micro influencers costs Disney almost nothing. Free preview event has very little cost and the return on being able to reach hundreds of thousands of eyeballs is great. It is getting harder and harder to do that with traditional advertising.

Very likely. It could also be a situation where he bought something on his credit for her or that she wanted and she was going to pay him back. That never happened and he was not willing to fess up and pay it. People do stupid stuff when it comes to love and money.

What would be so cool is see Disney have these new micro organic good vloggers take the larger events and have the rest self entitled ones take secondary events. You can imagine them standing early farmgrazing(means look at upon far distance over) at the new productive work fun bees and the self entitled ones be completely pissed. xD
They can't because they are so self entitled, not 100% true fans, not have a real job on the side and not good representation to what disney is looking for fitting the environment. Ouch. For once we can call these bees "disney vloggers" lol.

Probably. I think the Mouse is sick of their tit in general. The intel I am getting right now is telling me that if you go in humble and be nice, you will get a lot further. BBBrooke is on the permanent exclusion list too because of 1) giving Tim her plus one to HEA, and 2) all of the copyrighted merch she’s selling on her website, which coincidentally is down while she celebrates her nuptials. Doubt there coming back
Whoa... BBBrooke was the one who gave Tim the plus 1? I didn't know they were friends with her. I didn't even know she was invited as media.

That's crazy and finally our stupid speculation what if what is rant is settled lol.

Basically what I was just told is that they really don’t want to work with people who are going to make their living off of vlogging. They really want to work with people who are relatable…you know people who have jobs and vlog for fun.
Interesting.... really wanting to work with vloggers who are relatable, sort of like in the sense of posting a video opening up to their viewers about how they grew up, how they got into Disney, why they love Disney, their recent hardships, sharing personal stories...

I wonder when we'll start to see vloggers posting videos like that.... 🤔

Add in some soft background music while they're at it! It's all making sense now.

Well, she’s on the forever black list along with Tim and Jenn. I think she was part of invited media for RunDisney. Not so much anymore though.

Yeah. The thing is, the CC company, the collections agency, and certainly the court don't really care who made the charge or what it was for. If it's in Nate's name, he's responsible. I'd think he'd have been able to make the minimum payment on that low of balance to pay it down and keep it current, unless he's got a bazillion other cards too.

And in that case, if he's that strapped for cash that he can't even make a minimum payment yet freely spends at Disney (can't all be paid by gift cards), then he may need to think about getting a PT job to supplement his vlogging.

He's certainly got the time and if he can walk around theme parks all day with people, then he can work with the public in a job. Places were hiring big time right after things started opening up down here in May 2020 and even now, sooo many places are hiring.

I couldn't fathom letting something spiral out of control and to get taken to court over a $900 CC bill for that to be on your credit report.

The timing of The Tracker's open confession and Nates About Me who I am vlog is bizarre so this purge media change is real?

The Tracker's know about their loss in media since March 2020 if so. It's just owning up to confirm to their viewers that's making them lie and fed up about the 3.* I don't understand why the Tracker's would confess up now..?

No, the FRE videos were in late May 2020 / early June 2020. Trackers apology vlog was June 2020. The last media thing he did was DS reopening in May 2020 and that was like a week or two before the FRE video came out.

Is it true a link to this video was a part of the email they sent to Nate telling him he is off Disney media for now?

The loose timeline I see it as this:
  • Thursday, 9/2 the Trackers get pissed about not doing media for HHN while others are invited - summon their stans on a livestream because they're idiots and think they can at least take the other vloggers down with them
  • Thursday, 9/2 through Friday, 9/3 the Tracker Stans flood Disney and Universal with insanely annoying emails and inquiries. They're wasting everybody's time, Disney's realizing it's ridiculous.
  • Thursday 9/2 through Friday, 9/3 the other vloggers start getting involved, more worried now about the future of media invitations. Some may have found out it's trending towards being more personal and relatable.
  • Saturday, 9/4, Mr. Morrow decides not to post footage from HHN but instead to focus his time making a personal and relatable video
  • Sunday, 9/5, Mr. Morrow randomly releases the personal and relatable video.

I hope I'm wrong but this guy commits to a character so consistently that it's tough for me to fully believe his pure intentions.

That's what I meant "May 2020" 🤣 shooot
March I typed. Definitely is not March because that was lockdown happening and park closures!

Thank UU 2020planner anywhoo!

If I was in charge of content marketing for a theme park, a media event with some free food tastings or extra benefit here and there to these amateur vloggers WAS a good small investment to control some of the narrative to the "diehards" and try to subdue any negative sentiment about "Social Distancing Measures", "Reservations", "Magic Keys", and "Genie+" until the band aid was completely pulled off and the fanatics adjusted + at the same time any of the other serious pop culture influencers stayed away at least from wanting to be seen prominently in public (because of a negative perception of them being in very crowded public places during a pandemic).

In reality, the theme parks prosper from real celebrities posting to seven-figure audiences that Disney is a cool place to be and can attract an incremental audience that may not visit when in Cali/Florida anyways: Kardashians, Naomi Osaka, Simone Biles (Super Bowl MVP "Going to Disney World")...

The goal should be to sell a world of Instagramable moments that new segments of people want to visit to post on their own social media channels.

For example, Veronica having a daddy crisis with a man in his mid-50's (that wears counterfeit Disney Hawaiian shirts) is not going to bring in a new audience of people with discretionary funds. However, spending a slice of the budget on providing a VVIP experience to some TikTok Teen with 1m+ followers to do a little "wiggle" dance routine in front of "It's a Small World" that may go viral and need to be repeated by thousands of others (that will buy premium priced 1 day passes) would be very wise in my opinion.

Nate, Veronica, Tim, Jenn, Adam, Best Life, WDW Couple, etc. all have one thing in common they completely lack being "cool" and that needs to change for vloggers to have worth beyond the fanatics. I can say that because I am uncool too. To quote the film Almost Famous, “The only true currency in this bankrupt world is what you share with someone else when you're uncool.

Time to spend the content marketing budget on cool people to bring new people to the parks.

I think you've pretty much hit the nail on the head.

Nate has never done really anything on that scale. Prince Charming Dev even has a track record for them, but at least its consistent rather than being out the blue.

I think Nate is worried his act is getting a bit stale. Disney are right to focus on the people who are up and coming, or even just tourists themselves, because in my view they give the best views of the park, rather than some obese guy waddling around the same things every other day trying to stay relevant. If Nate thinks he will fall out of favour he needs to ramp things up.

Personally, and this isn't meant to sound insensitive, I can see Nate/others playing on the mental health card/other life hardships more. This might try and get in the "relatable guy" image disney maybe want. Who knows.

Bring back Stacey, let Stacey be the cool Disney info. They are no where near to Stacey because unlike her they give wrong information constantly which isn't related to Disney. 🤷‍♀️ Stacey had personality.

Nate is nothin but him a one man's only show "Him", one man's dinner, one man's drink, one man's hat merchandise buying. One man's dream is not you.🤦‍♂️lmao

He is unrelated to Disney, only related to himself.

If Nate thinks he will fall out of favour he needs to ramp things up.

Ramp things up? He ramped nothing up on that Ratatouille AP Preview. He was only relatable with himself he complained he wasn't full and still hungry when he chose not to get the fixed meal setup. He didn't show anything as much what the place and France expansion provided. Saying in the restaurant "I don't need it" for the special's. Why is he doing a vlog video then?

If Nate thinks he will fall out of favour he needs to ramp things up.

All of a sudden 1 video "About me" he thinks this now proves means he's relatable🤪:m. Nothing he says there is related to Disney. Even worse, the vlogs aren't related to what he says on the on that sit down testimonial feel sorry for me. If Disney and Universal will judge you and study you is by your vlogs: how you are while being at their parks.

If he wants the relatable guy image, he has a looooooooooooooooooooong Ginormous way to go.

His vlogs would need to be completely changed over 95% including the focus on me mentality.

Putting a vlog you went to the Ratatouille ride and showing off you ate crepes is not relatable. Yes you did like other AP holder's but none of them regular folks are posting on youtube. You don't care rats to be relatable your posting stuff from an unopened place not on October 2nd.
