I like the concept of that loft bed. But looking at those slats, are they the right size apart to stop a child putting it's head through. Is it super safe

I totally love the idea too, I think they look fantastic and the space would be great, for bigger kids. And I’m definitely not anti beds over cots for young ones, but low safe beds, not loft beds. Even if the slats are close enough to stop heads going through, there’s still steps. As my almost 3 year old has proven multiple times recently, he can manage to fall off even the slightest gap in a queen bed. Unless they put a gate on it. And then it might as well be a cot right?

I want to say I'm so glad people are unfollowing Millie Elder. I recently unfollowed both her accounts, I hate followed her for ages. I have always found her a cringe worthy, entitled, bad tempered bitch. It's not too crazy for the area (I live in the Mt and have family out at Te Puna). Plus, I imagine there would be people who'd want to buy it because a celebrity lived there. If it had more in the way of water tanks, solar panels, a pool, a self-irrigating garden (fueled by water from the roof), it would be worth that price, but as it is I'd say very low $2ms.

I wonder where she's off to next? She's already done Auckland ... maybe Q'town?

I'm looking at buying in that area and that agent that use is known for overpricing. I would say it is overpriced. it didn't sell that tells you something! nice though I like but quite small floor area.
