I don’t understand how they think this much cardio is healthy! When she gets to proper prep will she do 2 hours a day?

I find it a bit strange he's newly(ish) separated from his wife, has moved back in with his mum and little brother and moved Nadia into her house. All they seem to do is eat meals in his bedroom. With what they both charge for online coaching, you'd think they'd get their own place.

He seems to have a normal job as well and she just seems to be at home (his mums) a lot then fancying around as an online coach.
Yea surely between them they could maybe rent someone together

I love my MiL to pieces, and my OH still lives at home but I can’t imagine spending all my time living with her when you WFH

What a sad life to lead to spend time in her boyfriends bedroom while he’s at work in between solo gym visits and walks.
Pretty sure, they’d save money without buying constant takeaway coffees too

THIS!! It is so weird. Her entire existence revolves around Christy's schedule and she just sits in his mum's house waiting on him to train or make meals.

She has no life and as awful as the Southampton crowd are, at least she had friends and some sort of social life.

I thought it was sad enough that she doesn’t train or do anything without him when I thought they had their own house. The fact he stays in his mum’s house just makes it even worse

Yeah I don’t rate Dan welburn. I was coached by him and you get some generic plan via WhatsApp. He takes on as many Ppl as possible yet only gives his attention to his ‘genetically gifted’ clients yet is more than happy to take your money every month. It’s an outdated method including a cheat meal at weekends.
