Looks like Donal has scrapped the investigation?
I mean I don’t think anyone will object to the hospice getting the funds but technically you can’t fundraise for one thing then give the funds to something else- there was another couple of threads on here where people had been caught out doing this. I think possibly the confusion of where the funds are going might have made things difficult.
Does it read like it’s been scrapped? He’s very vague in his statement but I’m assuming it’s case closed if the funds are being redistributed, I agree they shouldn’t just be able to give to another cause but who would go through the list to refund people?
I don’t think scrapped but he is being asked a lot of questions around updates so maybe they have realised they can’t ask for more?
When is the inquest again? This woman needs to be free to talk, I feel like she definitely has something but then sometimes I wonder is it, to see if anyone will crack under the pressure of them thinking Niamh knows something.
