It really depends on your accent. For British people, it's uncommon to pronounce the l, going for an aa-muhnd sound. Various American accents do pronounce the l, aal-muhnd. It's uncommon for Niomi to pronounce the L since she's British, but it's not wrong.

They were actually rather polite about it being a good idea to be less of a walking billboard if she wants people to take her seriously about promoting sustainability... How long do you think the comments will be up or has she stopped deleting now?
I don't really understand the way she runs her business. It's so disingenuous the way she promotes sustainability and then just drowns her accounts with ads from unethical companies. I guess she must be making a lot of money on the ads because I think she has so much potential if she wanted to build up her brand. I do realize though she's not really that interested in sustainability or the real definition of wellbeing or self care that's not glossed in consumerism...
