She can barely chew her food and gets it all over her face.
I'm a good size 14 and I had to send that dress back it was OK in the front but very tight on the back and she is bet into it... dress is (one size)
Is she missing a tooth or has she just a big gap on her bottom set?

It doesn’t look like she has any back teeth top or bottom. I dunno how she does it! It’s awful looking and it’s not like nothing can be done about it. She just chooses to ignore it. Rough out.
