The murder mansion is in a rubbish location for the girls as they get older too. They will be relying on their parents to taxi them to their friends houses and after school activities. They are pretty cut off from Banchory. Those roads aren't really safe to walk along in the dark in winter and the woods are no better

Mentioned before: we had a supporting wall taken down and a new kitchen (no drainage change or plumbing apart from minor extension for moving dishwasher). It cost £25K, 8 years ago. If she is dreaming of a total change of use the cost could be nearer £50k because of plumbing and drains.

She wanted the big house to be like Zoells and the Saconnes. Now she’s seeing those who moved but within their means living living in much nicer houses and doing them up. So the I can put up with it because it’s big has now turned into a mistake. You’ll never be happy when try to keep up with others. Also noticed so many houses have wood overload.
So same floor door and Windows as the meldrums.
I love a bit of wood me but seems like so much Orange.
