It doesn’t make any sense.

Her three kids are at school all day. She does not work. How can she possibly need an additional adult home ‘so she can breathe at the end of the day?’ Her day is spent walking the dog, going to jazzersize, drinking smoothies, and filming herself trying on clothes!

The only parenting she does is the school run, homework, dinner, clubs, showers, bed. Most parents do this after a full day at work and a commute. Including parents with neurodivergent kids!

She’s going to be met with a lot of dropped jaws of confusion, not solidarity.

And Lee is home for weeks at a time so every couple of weeks she gets two or three weeks respite from this 25 hours of parenting.

Absolutely mind boggling, and deeply deeply concerning.

Get some therapy Beggy, you need to understand the real world and how to function in it. Or get some medication. And maybe review your lifestyle? If somebody with such an easy self indulgent life full of endless daily self care is so convinced their life is hard, they need to take a hard look at whether the balance is right - she’s so indulged that she has no capacity at all for the smallest amount of normal.

Why is she making such a huge fuss about how stressed she is? Several hours every day with no kids. No job to juggle. Hours of walking, exercise, socialising and reading every day. Yet claims she’s super stressed. It’s absolutely wild.

I hate housework. Hate it. I also have upped my hours at work so my only day off is with my toddler (and I enjoy spending time with her so don’t want to spend the whole time cleaning). Therefore our weekends seem to be taken up by housework, meaning less time as a family (we have four kids).

So we’ve sat down, had a chat and have decided to get a cleaner for 6/7 hours a week over two days. Yes, it’ll take up a large proportion of my extra day at work’s wages, but I actually enjoy my job and have increased my hours to progress.
We don’t own a Tesla, or a marshmallow mansion. We don’t go on 37 holidays a year or buy temu diamonds. But our boiler works and our patio doesn’t resemble a battenburg.

Why wouldn’t you make compromises for the whole family? Binny, get a job, get a cleaner, get a car that fits you all in, and dear lord please replace your dangerous boiler.

Everyone will be so much happier.

The way she goes through life wrapping herself in cotton wool - not watching films that make her feel anything, not looking at the news incase she gets sad 🥲🥲 it’s pathetic!

I’m very confused about this. I thought it was influencer law that if you see something on someone else’s “little corner of the internet” that you don’t like, you are to scroll on past and NOT COMMENT under any circumstances.

Separately, we are all regularly instructed that it is NOT THE INFLUENCER’S PROBLEM if they have more money/are more successful/are invited to things that we mere mortals are not. We should be PLEASED for them (they deserve jt!) and it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to question whether these types of posts look boastful etc.

What is the exception here? Why is Beggy not following these rules?

Another way for Beggy to look at it is that it would have been awful to be there with a sore ear so better she was at home in any event and she got to support her daughters in their swimming etc.

Someone put a comment up saying: “would you consider a part time….” And I thought it must be JOB?! Surely someone is going to state the flipping obvious?! But no, a sheep was suggesting a part- time NANNY?!

It sounds like Poppy can cope at school but is being taken out of school in an attempt to moderate her behaviour at home. Which isn’t working. And Meldrum’s given up doing home ed work after a week! A week! So this poor child is going to miss school for no discernible reason

I think Lee has called her out for being lazy and hardly contributing to the house. If I were him I’d be so pissed off that I was away from my family working hard knowing my wife was having coffee with ‘chums’, doing workout classes, getting her hair done etc. Let’s face it she barely looks after the girls if they’re stuck in after school club until 5pm.

I think Lee has said to her

1. Our fixed rate is coming to and end and will not get a rate in any way as favourable. If you don’t start bringing in reliable, PAYE income that we can use to put towards any remortgage as a multiplier very quickly then we are not going to be able to live in this house anymore

2. You are not willing to do that and I am stressed out my box with your carry on with Poppy when I am offshore. You have taken her out of school which I didn’t want you do to. Therefore, as we are going to have to sell the house anyway, I am going to come and try and get a job back onshore so I can be more involved with Poppy and try and deal with what seems to be avoidant etc behaviour that seems to be focussed on you and, as you say yourself, you struggle to cope with.

3. You have now burnt through Grandad’s inheritance and any retained funds in your business from your YouTube days. So we can’t afford your spending anymore. You can only spend what you generate yourself on stripy jumpers and getting your hair done.
