When one of my toddlers were young they also loved to watch diggers, tractors, the bins being emptied.
Guess what? I just walked them to the gate and let them watch, asked about colours, how many wheels etc.

What I don’t get about her tumble dryer….if you have a utility room like that, that she also built so it’s not like she couldn’t do this, why didn’t she have a waste connector as you can have the water go straight out instead of collecting and emptying yourself??
