I’m just sat here alone (kids in bed) looking at my humble abode. A home I worked so hard to buy and isn’t massive but it’s our home.

We’ve been riddled with Covid this week in our house. Both my partner and I are at quarter end in work so trying to work from home with two SEN children who too have covid and my 7 year old asked today why I’m still working when I’m poorly. I told her I have to so we can have nice things. In return I got a great big smile and a hug.

Got me thinking… kids ask questions. When Hinch’s kids ask how they got that massive house what will she say? I was Instagram famous? I used to pretend to clean our house so people would buy a tit load of chemicals? what will she say to make her kids proud??

I think that’s why she’s so bothered about tattle. She knows she hasn’t legitimately earned that money or her lifestyle. And she knows we see her

i have one of those crimpits for ages now, only thins fit in them… they are basically an alternative to a toastie maker. It was an impulse purchase when I was up the duff and I just HAD to have a toastie every day. It’s good but doesn’t beat a proper toastie maker (that I now own and haven’t used in months )

Isn’t that how you’re supposed to use a toaster maker? Discover it in the back of the cupboard eat nothing else for a few days then put it away and forget it exists for months or even years and then repeat for all eternity

It felt like yesterday was a throwback to the Mrs Hinch brand of a couple of years ago in an attempt to make her relatable again and stem plummeting engagement numbers. Cheap hauls, promoting low end novelty products, “couple goals” activities on the manky couch in their “humble” home. Too little too late for this pair of bragging fuckwits

What I can’t wrap my head around is why she bought that house? She not only bought it for so much over the asking price, but has just ripped out every single inch from corner to corner of every single room, and re-do it all? I would perhaps understand offering more if it was your style down to a T, and no work needed doing.

I know we all have our own tastes and styles and when you move in to a new-to-you house, not everything is how you like it so you change bits and bobs. But to change EVERYTHING?

Why didn’t she purchase a house even just slightly more to her taste, so she didn’t have to rip it out top to bottom? It is such a WASTE of money.

a lot of people do buy rundown houses and completely do them up prior to moving in. That whatI did but that was because we couldn’t afford a decent home so bought a rundown one.
