Honestly I don't know how people are going to manage. My husband earns enough for me to stay at home with the kids, but I've already been trying to find ways to save money with 2 under 3. When it was just one baby, I would shop at Next a lot, and family loved to spoil him with clothes, now with 2 I'm going to charity shops to pick up what I can and the novelty for our extended family of buying clothes has worn off for them.
I'm happy to shop in charity shops, and I've found a lovely secondhand website for kids clothes, but it's nice to get brand new clothes when I can. If Next raise their prices by 8% I don't think I'll even be able to afford their vests!
All that is to say, Sophie's constantly ads and brags is going to be her downfall. This whole "I don't know how I got this lucky" speel is ridiculous. Why not just thank your fans for their support, because without them she wouldn't be where she is. The people who are going to feel the pressure of the increase cost of living are the ones who made her who she is and the only way she slightly acknowledges them is through self-gratifying stories of "your messages give me life" duck off.
Sorry for the rant, I usually don't get too triggered by her but just with the way things are going in the world, Sophie, and any ungrateful, braggy influencers like her, need to sit down.
