With that amount of help I don't think its normal to still not be in a routine and coping, she's very lucky to have her husband at home 247, BUT if she has pnd which is something unavoidable then absolutely it's normal, i do think she has pnd. I don't think she ever recovered from when she had it with Ronnie if im perfectly honest. It she doesn't and she's still not coping it's simply cos she's not maternal which we all know she's not and she's just a lazy self-centered cow who can't cope with how different life is now.
