Back to dressing gowns and sofasFeel quite strongly that we shouldn’t judge too much generally here. Self-care and motivation can be severely lacking in depression etc and even with hinch, if she needed to stay glued to the couch because mentally she wasn’t in a good place that’s fine, as long as the support is there. But authenticity is to me what’s relatable. I just hope (but have doubts) that everything is authentic with her. Like others have said it’s not a competition, we all have different parenthood story’s and I think compassion is important for everyone’s struggle or indeed non-struggle when it comes to motherhood.
