Every one has mental health it's literally the opposite of physical health. It's not a condition it's a descriptive word for the opposite of physical health. And yes it doesn't take away from those that have really bad emotional mental health days something can go wrong it can make you feel really sad or it can make you feel really anxious or it can make you feel like you've just want it all to stop! But there is a big f****** difference between mental health being s*** at certain points in life, because life hands us s*** so that's bound to happen. and then someone who suffers with mental illness which are just as bad as any deadly physical illnesses and are devastating to everyone involved. And Sophie selling this anxiety s*** is too f****** much now. You wouldn't have a lump on your leg which yeah might be really annoying but it's not a cancerous lump and you would never say hey all this lump on my leg it's very cancerous like no it's not it's a lump on your leg it's not cancer.
Just stop doing it with mental illness and mental health there's a big difference.
And again that is NEVER taken away from moments where people feel really down. I've had people in my family go through so so much s*** and their mental health hit a knock. but I've seen people suffering with mental illness in my family and there's a huge loads of difference.
So we all need to take care of our mental health ,all need to watch out for the signs when we need help or support .but let's not equate the two and let's not use it to sell! Or manipulate or prey on the vulnerable. That's all Sophie's doing she tapped into it when she wants, she taps into it when she needs to sell something or sell herself.
We all have really bad days and I just want to stress we all deserve to be looked after when those occur. During the pandemic many people's mental health has taken a knock and yes some people have developed mental illness. But Sophie he is doing my nut in with the way she's doing this s***.its fake as fun and detrimental to those who have mental illness annnnd mental health days.

Had to go and sleep on the sofa last night cause I was about to crack my partner on the head with a lamp for snoring so loudly. Sat downstairs eating toast at 3am. Did I take pictures of it and put it on the gram? No. Am I pregnant? Also no. Some of us enjoy a midnight snack too soph. Bore off.

When I was pregnant with my eldest I used to creep down and suck on limes at 3am my husband came downstairs one morning and found me asleep with a plate full of half eaten limes balancing on a plate on my massive belly.

I honestly can't see them staying together, they'll be separated in the next 5 years if they keep going the way they are, couples who thrust themselves in the spotlight in the way they have rarely stay together. I broke my two lil twos on my right foot about 2 years ago and it was hella painful. Im good with pain usually but this killed. I caught them on the foot of the bed whilst walking past it at some speed. Thank god it was summer as i couldnt wear anything other than slidders and walked like i shat myself as i couldnt bend the foot.
I didnt seek any medical help as at the time i though i just bruised them as they came up in a nice purple colour all down the foot. It was about 2 weeks later when they still hurt my husband demanded me to go to the minor injuries unit and they confirmed i broke the 2 and badly sprained the 3rd but all they could do was tell me to rest and felt embarrassed i wasted their time
If Hinch did break her toe(s) she would be in more pain then shes portraying. She comes across as someone with munchausen syndrome, my MIL who's a paramedic loves calling people that who come and call with a paper cut and declare there arm is falling off
