Seriously Sophie if you read this... look after your body and eat nutritiously especially whilst looking after a little one, it soon catches up and you’ll start to feel so so run down and mentally drained too! How does she stay so thin? I was bigger once and lost a hell of a lot of weight and I work damn hard to stay just the right side of being bigger. Hinch was a lot bigger too once so genetics wise how do you go from being bigger to a stick and stay there? Usually stick thin people have always been stick thin their whole life. It baffles me

She's had a gastric band. Although she said it was removed I believe after it went wrong. I honestly believe when she was in hospital about 2 years ago (with the Smarties) she had another fitted
