It was a tiktok of someone's phone playing a video of Tommy inhaling nitrous oxide.

I'm curious about the Tiktok user who posted it. The video of him doing hippy crack has actually been around for a while but never made an impact but this one has an extra bit with him having the empty balloon hanging from his mouth. It also doesn't have a watermark which all the others do.
