That has actually really shocked me!!
Doesn’t shock me, but makes me sad and angry. I used to do a lot of babysitting and have been treated shockingly in the past, and by people I had known for a long time. Not getting paid afterwards for weeks on end and having to keep asking. Parents arriving home drunk hours late and not getting me a cab home, the one time I hadn’t driven. Negotiating a flat rate for an evening, then asking me to come earlier I.e. 2 hours earlier and them coming back later and later, 2 hrs later for the same amount, so they wanted me there for an extra 4 hours without paying any extra.

I’ve used a couple of Bubble babysitters and they’ve all been pretty much of your pedigree - and I’ve paid for it, £10-£12 an hour. I kind of feel if I’m trusting someone with pretty much all my worldly possessions, let alone my kid, I want to pay for someone who is trustworthy and reliable. I’ve always met them and introduced them to my kid as well, because they’d freak the eff out if they woke and there was a random person coming to comfort them

My money is on somewhere cool and boho. Possibly Ibiza (away from clubbing central) or Mallorca.

See he’s posting for the sympathy vote now. Screaming twins and non stop barking dog. Dog should have gone with others for more training because trying to train with screaming three year olds isn’t going to work.

FoD always plays the martyr , I have little sympathy for him.

That damn ‘dyslexia’ again .

Disclaimer : I’m not taking the piss out of people who have dyslexia, just MoD who uses it to cover her fuckin’ appalling spelling .
MOD, The Other Clemmie, The Frugality .... so many “dyslexic” influencers

I know what you mean about it not making sense, they have dyslexia so make a career out of writing a blog, why? It's like being crap at maths so deciding to become an accountant, or squeemish and hating the sight of blood, and becoming a surgeon. People normally play to their strengths not their weaknesses.

We need a new thread, difficult because the current thread name is the best one ever I hate that song, it has the smuggest, most arrogant lyrics, and now I can't get the damn thing out of my head.

FODs dyslexia was out there way before MODs. Almost like she couldn’t just let him have that reason for poor grammar or spelling.

It doesn’t have to rhyme , I’m clearly shite at this so I’ll vote for any of the others although I do like

‘ Clemmie and Simon sitting by the sea , we’re rolling in cash and get it for free’

Clemmie and Simon, moaning by the sea, we get boatloads with our
sprogs as commodities.
