I bought loads of essentials with two tubs of paint and had to navigate down the one way system that nobody else was following No frisking

Didn't he miss his christmas work do because no one reminded him? I think that's a sign of how popular he is at his work place...

Sounds like a shit soft rock band
Pretty much suited for FOD then. Oh no I forgot that he's *really* into deep house.

I even remember saying at the time, I could remember the dates of all of my friends various work dos! He’s the knob that everyone at work avoids all day, I bet nobody mentioned it when he was in the office and not WFH, also known as dicking about videoing the twins.

I’m so proud of my string of hearts plant, I’ve had to post a pic
Your fireplace is gorgeous!!

I’ve been yearning for more indoors plants, I binge bought a ton last year when I was stuck inside the house (why couldn’t Alice have exploded earlier so I could have found you all then???) and I’ve been trying to get more from a local firm who do veg / fruit boxes too but their phone lines are rammed! I feel guilty buying anything but also completely housebound ahhhhh what are you guys doing about the ethics of isolation purchasing??

Thank you xx
I’m buying nothing at all online-tbh there’s nothing I’m desperate for. Although I do want/need that little plant pot

Watch out @HouseOfHorrors, @Dogmuck is trying to be subtle but in reality she has you pegged as MOD/FOD or a close friend. Her question is the educated version of ‘Hi Simon , welcome to the thread’

Bathroom update - jesus it's bright but goes well with the (free) marble tops....

I ordered my sister some Seed & bean chocolate, but I haven't bought myself anything other than food which I already had in. I haven't been out for almost 14 days and 15 the other time before- I still caught a bad cough from the girl I share the bathroom with.

I wouldn't be a Instagrammer's dream target sheep though. I mainly stopped buying clothes two years ago- when my cupboard rail broke under the weight of everything I had. In that time I've bought one pair of running shoes and a pair of gloves as I lost mine and it get's cold here. I also stopped buying books apart from school ones. Read a lot using online libraries and audiobooks. I don't buy any new makeup or perfume either. As I'm going to move back soonish when my degree is done. So I've been slowly trying to get rid of things I already have.

My money does go on bucket loads of therapy though.

If you're in Crystal palace- there's brownandgreencafe doing deliveres + I follow Jack's patch in Essex who has his own urban garden and he's just started doing boxes.

P.s Plantporn

Oi @caitlinbullen - it hadn’t actually crossed my mind that could be FoD but I am intrigued as to why you would think that. My game for outing fodders goes like this (you may have seen it...several times) Hi Sly, Hi Clemmie. When I come up with a new format I’ll let you know.

Ahhh guessing the Eddie Stobbart truck comment got to ya!

Trying to stick to food items only. But I did buy a pair of joggers to wear round the house because I didn't have any. Also very tempted by the Marimekko/Uniqlo collab that is launching on the 23rd. I bake a loaf of bread once a week for my postie to say thank you! He's a lovely guy. (I don't fancy him).

We buy food, and wine, and that’s about it. We did have a mouse visitor the other night so kinda had to Prime some traps (I may have screamed, my poor neighbours). I use the library for ebooks and live in workout clothes.

But I refuse to jump on this essentials shaming thing I see on FB. If it’s important/necessary to a person, then that’s that.
