Totally OT but I had really bad hyperemesis in one of my pregnancies and I swear to god if one more person (including many HCPs when I was in hospital with it) had said to me "ooh just like princess Kate" or words to that effect when I felt like a literal salted slug I would have gone ape tit on them! I for one am super glad Clemmie and Kate didn't get together to talk about hyperemesis... Unbearable amounts of smugness

I had it too, spent my whole pregnancy (and I really do mean my whole pregnancy!) either in hospital or in bed crying/vomiting. It was so, so awful!
