Just read the podcast comments and bleeping good on the women in the comments! The bar for men is set so bleeping low, Sly is a cringe performative ally for cash who hasn’t bother to educate himself on any women’s issues at all else he’d know what utter misogynistic tit he oozes & in turn perpetuates himself. Projecting flirting onto a bleeping child is perverse. We are all growing and unlearning how we were socialised so I am not expecting perfection, nor the perfect socialist dad, but duck me these huns will truly take anything. They must be in unhappy relationships with truly trash men to see him as anything near progressive.
You’re so right! What really boils my piss is the line “I’m sorry you feel that way”, it’s such a management tool shut down, they might as well say duck off! It doesn’t address the serious issues that have been raised! Ladies, aren’t you putting yourselves out there to inspire and influence? Well you’re doing a tit job for womankind, how about acknowledging the points raised and engaging in a rational debate, maybe even accepting some of the points raised as “fair”, not “well I thought he was amazing”. Of course you did you twit, this podcast is your new baby, you’re hardly going to call it what it is...an ugly bastard!

My kids genitals literally never enter my realm of thought unless I'm changing a nappy or there's an issue. Would never even think to refer to them by that, truly bizarre... For the same reason I find gender reveal parties a bit odd, it's literally a party about what genitals the unborn baby has, like why does it matter?! Just cos the Sods have four daughters doesn't mean they are going to be in any way more similar than if they had two sons and two daughters. Other than their genitals obviously. He is so old fashioned and unprogressive. Those girls are being shoehorned into being defined by their gender from such a young age it's sickening. But hey, all for the LOLS right?! The patriarchy truly is alive and kicking in their house.
I would find it So horrendous if my dad referred to me as a vagina, I can't even imagine how those girls will feel. How that can be seen as a loving and protective Dad and not a huge red flag is beyond me

When I was listening to it, it just put me off (more than FOD and his vagina chat) their kids names!!! 🤢
Gigi, maybe. Luna is very common now, first heard on dog walks. I almost called my last dog Luna, but didn’t want the connotation with loony. Kit is uncommon. I do know someone who had a son in the Eighties and called him Kit. I also know a grownup man in his sixties called Kit.

She was at a state school in London, there was a photo of A in her uniform. The thing is though i don't think the move timing was very well planned, not that the girls aren't bright. I know people who start prepping from a much younger age and it is a test that requires preparation.

(I helped my sister for her test and she's at a grammar school at the moment).
You’re right about the ill timed move. My son wrote the test (no tutor, no private school...his primary is a great school and I did a lot of work with him!). It’s something parents here start talking to teachers about in Y2, like if their child ‘is grammar material.’ Not something easy to wing half way through Y5!

Ha, I never watched it, but I do know if him. How old is he?

I’m answering my own question. His real name is Christopher. He was born in 1986. His father is a Baronet.

I don’t know how old Kit is (guessing late 20s early 30s now🤷‍♀️but GOT has been around for about 10 years didn’t get big for a while so I’d say there’s a lot of 3-5 year old Kits

Edited to add - despite the fact I loved GOT, I also think this is a tit reason to name your son! And more importantly this is where MoD stole her title...and she is no Khaleesi!!

Well I never knew that. Every day is a school day on Tattle. Today has been an exceptionally steep learning curve for me, first I find out axel rose is an anagram for anal sex (I will never look at the Times cryptic crossword the same way 😱) and now I find that Kit is actually Christopher AND he is not a bastard or king of the north but bloody titled - I may have to go and have a nana nap now 😂😂😂

Kit is short for Christopher. Although since GOT there are a lot of kids called just Kit. A few in my kid’s nursery.
There seems to be a trend with middle class parents around where I live (London commuter town) were boys have short names (Otto, Wilf, Fox, Monty, Rex) and girls long names ( Ottilie, Ophelia, Florence, Aurora).
and yes, Luna (moon in Spanish) is a very popular dog name

Fox? For a little boy? Hmmm. I know a dog called Ophelia and another one called Aurora. I’m sitting on two different names for my next dog.
