I don’t work out at ALL and have gained a bit of weight over lockdown so i’d say my body is similar to Misha’s although i’m shorter so overall more petite (i’m now like a size 8 whereas she looks like a size 10 - still very small!!) what I don’t understand is how she works out SO often and yet her body hasn’t changed?? she’s got no muscle at all. If i have a similar body and I don’t do any exercise, surely she should look much more toned than I do

Watched Kashas video. Well, I skipped over her droning on and on to get to the house "tour" section and I knew they were messy and dirty but yet I was still shocked. I genuinely needed to click away at the "office" bit so didn't see anything else, if there was anything as that alone was bad enough! I legitimately have OCD and infact have been recently medicated to try try to cope with my incessent and neurotic worrying, organising and hours spent cleaning. The term is thrown around alot and claimed by people who have no idea what they're talking about, such as Misha. Although I know I go overboard I was still dismayed and disgusted by the hoarding. That's no way to live either. Consumerism gone mad.
