Possibly not. A major PPH is 1000-2000mls and there would have been a number of interventions but with a minor one sometimes just a first or usually second dose of syntometrone can stop the bleeding. I myself had a loss of 550mls with my first and no one told me it was a haemorrhage. It wasn't until I started my training that I realised.

I think it all depends on how mature you are for your age ,you can have 17 yr olds that have the mentality of someone much older and are quite responsible ,but on the other hand you can have 17 yr olds that are very immature and still could do with a bit of guidance that's why influencers need to be aware of what they're putting out there .

I agree with you. I guess I just see it that we should treat people the same regardless of age - e.g. some aduts are immature, some teens are mature and vice versa. Unless something has come out about Jessica lying or spreading dangerous information (Melanie style) then I think it's good she's offering advice to younger audiences who potentially can't directly relate to older content creators.

I honestly think if they left her to continue pushing she’d have been at it for hours and possibly ended up with even worse tearing than what she had in the end. I know a few women who had big babies majority had a c section any of them that did push it out ended up with a lot of tearing literally the vagina and anus where one by the end of it

Watching bits of the video here and there.

I feel like the husband is a good influence on her. The way she talks about it and expresses herself is different with him there. It's night and day to her recent comments.

She also seems quite defensive, lots of prefaces to mitigate any issues in her comments, so I think she's being very careful with her words.

I'll take it though! Just glad she's not shitting all over the hospital and staff in the video, by the sounds of it they worked really bloody hard and did an amazing job - forceps or no forceps.
