Why do they keep talking about cookery rather than cooking? It’s really grating on me!
The one doing just plant food prob didn’t stand much of a chance as the food all looked boring and prob tasted crap. I’m distracted by Dr George’s turkey teef and Vera is head and shoulder above everyone!
I am mushroom mad but wouldn’t choose them as I am not sure you can make them the hero.Greggs face when the guy was banging on about scallops being a cheap protein though
I think a humble ingredient would be something basic and cheap. I can do a ton of things with a can of chickpeas including meringues so that would be my ingredient.
What would you all choose ?

Im a sadistic witch but I was over the moon that Hopes pastry didn't rise and she got booted off. Her face! She really thought she had it in the bag. I also thought Vera was getting a bit cocky as well.
You’re not that at all, Facebook are calling her ‘hopeless’ and to put it kindly are pleased as punch. Contestants like Hope should practice not only their cooking skills but they need to learn how to mask their ruthless ambition. It was things like the way she said stuff like “my chances” implying they were better than anyone else’s.

But I was shocked that they knew it would be an invention test beforehand. I assume they didn’t know they’d have a full pantry but if they did, that’s not really an invention test is it? Not like the ‘find the weird stuff under the box‘ and cook with it they do on masterchef oz

All the other contestants who are booted off manage to say something nice! She wasn’t best pleased at all and had obvs been blubbing her eys out as usual!

I find Louise really annoying.
She’s my favourite and I hope she wins. Anyone who has to battle cancer with a young child is a hero to me.
