TBF he was drunk and English isn't his first language, it can be quite difficult to argue your point coherently when it's not your first language but it is everyone else's.

Same, I'm so beyond sick of TV shows like this using horrible male behaviour for entertainment. They should've booted him out the first time they said he was behaving unacceptably. Abuse porn is not ok
