I think body positivity posts get loads more engagement than other posts. I follow Daisy Taylor, ex page 3 model, and she posted a couple of body positivity posts a while ago and couldn't believe how much engagement she got, more than she has ever had before. So she started doing more and more of them because the extra engagement got her more work.
