Linen has to be ironed!! It only looks good when it is new( for lidl). I'm so disgusted also with beauty companies and stores like Morrison's gifting items and food to these social media cunts when there are frontline workers and vulnerable seniors, veterans, homeless folks, lower income families that truly deserve this especially now! These brands are just as daft as the "influencers" they send this freebies too. At least we know who they are now and will never purchase from such socially unaware brands. I know I won't.

During this lock down and upcoming summer I will make a concerted effort to use up as many of the products that I have (far too many) and then in the fall/winter I will reevaluate what I will rebuy. Performance, cruelty free, and price are always deciding factors but I am also going to look at whether brands waste excessive amounts on unworthy influencers. I know that influencers are important marketing tools but I think it is environmentally unwise to fly influencers all over the globe and shower them with tons and tons of products only to have the influencer use the products and shoot photos with filters. I will also take into account if they work with influencers who have shady methods of making $$$ like reselling gifted items, who fail to disclose that the product they are hyping was gifted and not purchased with their own coin, who treat people poorly, who lie about procedures and claim that their fabulous looking skin is the result of a $500 pot of Cler de poo, or who are as phony as a 3 dollar bill. Influencers may think that they hold all the cards, but I feel that in this economic climate it is us, the consumer, who holds all the cards.Another brand I loved... not any more. I went through therapy for grief and PTSD and it wasn't "intensive". Not even a psychologist would call it Intensive.
