From what I've read, you can only get your teeth whiter using laser as it penetrates the inside of the tooth, the surface strips, toothpaste etc are a waste money.

Really it's just a case of keeping it up with toothpaste thats all, can be perfectly achieved as long as there's not any kind of deep stains on them, then you'd need something like whats really called scaling when a dentist will clean them and do that perfectly. All it takes is really effort and patience, something these idiots don't have any of.

Hangover

When all sane people do when they have a hangover is drink plenty of liquids ger as much sleep as possible and get rid of it that way, one extra special thing you need is sodium think its called pedialyte or dioralyte (what kind of is in an IV fluids drip, just orally), was what I was on a prescription for when I had the loop ileostomy before it got reversed then all the fun with getting my body to adapt to using the Ileo/J Pouch lol, I laugh about it now but at the time was horrible at times lol, was to keep me hydrated so I didn't get severely dehydrated (when I'd get gastroenteritis about every 3 months I'd need IV fluids because the bowel sort of shuts down cutting off all my intake of fluids lol).

Bit kind of clue is when you eat say bacon (its because of the sodium) feels amazing its that which the body used a lot of to process the alcohol, really just water alone won't do very much at all.

Oh bless you how are you doing? Life is so hard at times and when I see posts like that it really triggers me for those who are dealing with real issues and in pain.

I am doing ok thank you for asking, it will be 3 years next week my mum was diagnosed out of the blue so I think I am vulnerable right now for those trigger moments!!

Doing miles better now than then lol, since they removed all the adhesions (will have had new ones though since it always happens even without bowel surgeries they form, even with other kinds of surgeries it's just scar tissue really they stick to practically everything around them, interesting watching one of these pimple popping videos them taking out cysts when someone had a big scar from some kind of knee operation had a cyst and the sack had got stuck to the scar tissue) yeah having far less bowel issues than before, part from the last few days but thats because I'm almost certain is my body sorting itself out.

Had a really horrible fungal skin infection (likely still have though is miles less problematic than before) I'm certain was when I was given IV antibiotics as they think the wound got infected from the adhesion removal operation because the wound drain got blocked lol (the number of problems was annoying after that lol), but like before when I'd had the J pouch operation my body just naturally will eventually sort itself out, just having a lot of patience lol, got some new creams and now they don't seem to be doing all that much as they did before as it seems to be sorting itself out (if it was Cipro (as I don't know since they didn't show what they'd used on the discharge form since I got moved to a hospital thats better equipped for dealing with people with TPN (because at the time was so underweight), has a notorious reputation for causing fungal infections, especially with people who've got weakened immune systems.

Now finally as well I'm at a good healthy weight lol, not even bothering taking any supplement energy drinks either (the ones so you can gain weight that is, not the kind of sports drinks lol).

Thinking seriously about going back to freelance web development this year finally haha, its really exciting!

My friend self-published a book, it's on Amazon. I'm not sure about costs for most of those, however a cover designer would have set her back low four figures. Regarding Amazon, say my friend's printed book sells for £15, in the end she receives about £1.50. In saying that her books are printed on demand so there's no waste, unlike traditional publishing. Although royalties are higher with self-publishing, the author receives peanuts in the end (unless they're selling millions of copies to make it worthwhile).

Yeah most even if you go with a publishers goes to them, very little goes to the author even then (or least did do rather).

Oh that’s grim. I have always been told you should wash your teeth as soon as you wake up as otherwise you are swallowing all the bacteria your mouth has built up over night. If you brush your teeth after eating you need to wait an hour in between so you don’t destroy your enamel.
