I could be wrong but I think it was more that she (carrie) found a lump and was extremely worried (rightly so) but all turned out well in the end and she supports macmillan because it could have been a different outcome? If I'm wrong about this I sincerely apologise.

Maybe she needs to manifest a life where work doesn’t feature at all...ever. She seems to have no integrity to do a good job. She doesn’t seem to care and is wholly slap-dash. We sit here imagining what it is like for her clients. We see her job through their eyes. She must spread disappointment everywhere she goes. What an accolade...On top of that she is so ignorant over what to wear, what to do and how to behave. She isnt cut out for work. It’s getting worse by the day. Constantly tired..? Really?

A new Apple Watch isnt going to resolve this problem for her. She recorded it as an activity which is massively battery draining. Given the hours involved it’s no surprise the battery died. I’ve had the same happen on 8-hour hikes with a brand new watch. She just wants a freebie and is shameless as per usual

So I told you she was going to the Fairmont Windsor - so maybe it is her gig or she's just got Carrie to beg them or she's begged Nick for a spa weekend in this hotel -jammy cow pays for nothing!
